Our client based in Randburg requires a C++/Python Developer to join their team. 

 

The Main Purpose of this role is development, maintenance and R&D of software from C, Python, Databases, Sockets, etc..

 

Qualification & Experience required: 

  • Relevant IT Qualification
  • 2 - 3 years experience as a Developer using C++ and Phython programming languages, or a very strong IT graduate.
  • Linux knowledge is essential and Ubuntu is advantageous. 

 

Core Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Development and maintenance of current core systems.
  • R&D of new systems and integration into 3rd party systems.
  • Design and optimization of databases.
  • Interpret technical specifications, develop, test and deliver according to spec and document and support developments.
  • Extensive testing of own development.
